Orthocenter Alkmaar

I have had a very bad experience with this dentist. I have been to this practice to have a night brace made for my teeth. When I got the bit I already noticed that he was pushing on one of my front teeth. When I indicated this, the person said that it can always print a bit in certain places but that this is not something to worry about. However, after I had worn the bit for a week, I noticed that my front teeth began to tilt. I contacted and the person I had on the phone indicated that she found it very annoying and that I could come by to have a new bit made at the Orthocenter's expense. However, on the morning that I had called the appointment, I was told that the appointment had to be moved because a doctor had to look at it. I then indicated that I was not happy with that since I had changed my entire agenda for the appointment and it had to be moved at the last minute. But because the problem had to be resolved, I again changed my agenda to go there. After having to wait for half an hour, I was finally helped. But to my great surprise, no solution was offered, but the doctor indicated that the crookedness of my teeth could not possibly have been caused by the bit. In other words, I was also called a liar. When I then indicated that I was angry and did not feel heard, the doctor walked away and told me to go to the reception with my complaint. I have never experienced that I have been treated so rudely. This is not a way of dealing with customers. First deliver a wrong product and if the customer is dissatisfied cancel the appointment 3 hours in advance, let me wait half an hour at the newly made appointment and then not come up with a solution but start a discussion and then leave me send. After contacting several times it was indicated that I could go to a new doctor so that he could assess the situation again but they did not want to make a new bit. Because I didn't want to turn my agenda around unnecessarily and not get a bit, I had to have another bit made at another dentist and had to make double costs I would recommend anyone to go here!

The braces at my daughter did not yield the result that was hoped and expected by the doctor, they also admit. Is something to be done and of course is not done on purpose. According to insurance and a second opinion this is just a guarantee even though we missed the last appointment. However, they maintain that this is not a guarantee. We are going to win it, but I am not in the mood for it and they will not come up with a compromise. Very bad thing
