Everything was perfect. We had a lot of stuff and nothing broke down thankfully. The workers were nice and careful people. We are 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.

The worst ever... Stay away and think twice !!!! Pay some more money and use professional service.. I'm still waiting for verhuis experts to handle my damaged furniture during the moving. It has been 3 weeks past and still no feedback, no reply. I have never seen any moving in my life without wrapping the Tv, other valuables, furniture components under the rain. Besides that the company asked me to pay cash immediately in the middle of the moving which is more than what has been agreed and written in the contract. Even though my contract covers dismantling and assembly of the furniture, both operation is not done properly and all of the furniture connections are loose now. On top of that, their staff is playing good cop and bad cop game with you when you ask for your right. So disappointed working with them !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really wish I would not have worked with them by looking at the decoy reviews on google !!!!!!!!!!!

Without a doubt the worst business transaction I have ever experienced. I was told my move would be easy as we had a small apartment and were moving just 2km up the road, but what played out was a horror story. I was told I would get 3 movers, a lift and that they would be able to pack and move all our contents in one short day. What I got was 2 movers who were nearly 2 hours late! No lift, a truck that was too small and they did not bring any boxes or packing materials! One of the movers (the lead hand on the day) was also extremely unorganised, inflexible and was unable to make any proactive decisions. As the day progressed he barely broke a sweat (keeping his winter jacket on almost all day) and I ended up moving just as many boxes and furniture as he did. This man was also rude and extremely disrespectful and at one stage during a heated discussion where I was trying to provide solutions to this catastrophic day he even spat on the ground at me (during COVID times!) and walked away mid-conversation! This man spent most of the day on his phone or smoking on my balcony and leaving the butts for me to clean up the next day. What should have been a 6-7 hour job turned into a 10 hour nightmare where my family had to find alternative accommodation for the night because we went so late in the day. This should have been an easy 6-hour job as we pre-packed a lot of contents and two trips was achievable due to the short moving distance, however it ended up being a 10 hour nightmare. The day ended with some guy from the office yelling at me on the phone saying that I had to pay cash or do the bank transaction at that very moment otherwise the movers would not be able to leave. He even told me that if I did not pay he would get fired to guilt-trip me into paying. I would not recommend this company.

A big thank you to Dennis and his team. My move was well handled. The guys were fast, helpful and friendly and knew what they were doing. Exceeded my expectations and I will be recommending Verhuis experts to experts to anyone considering a move.
