They find service to the customer more important than extra turnover! (We were looking for a new vacuum cleaner hose. They advised us to remove an adapter so we didn't have to buy anything.)

For many years a customer for white goods and always perfect service. A few days ago a problem the same day they were at the door with a smile. Problem solved immediately and everything went through under warranty. Where do you find that so just 5 stars
