I wanted to buy a frame lock, but the staff couldn’t be bothered.
I was the only person in the store at that time. Nobody said anything when I walked in. After a while of looking around I asked where I could find a frame lock. “Over there” I got as an answer with a head nod in the direction of a sales rack. I looked a bit and wondered if a certain model would fit my frame. Eventually I left without buying.
If they cannot be bothered to sell the small stuff, I will not give them my business.
Friendly local staff. Went to several bike shops and they were the most helpful. We bought a bike there and they fix our other bikes at reasonable prices. They helped me with a US ebike no other shop would touch.
The service was great, good price and dankjewel Goor!!!

Once a nice local bike shop with customer-focused personnel even though it's a big chain of stores.
Now the parade horse of Halfords corporate where goals and numbers take precedent over customer friendliness.
