Fantastic service. Marco made me aware of some implications for my future cashback claim and then promptly solved them without me even asking it. Very solid pricepoint, order came in earlier than expected (by a day) and works perfectly. No experience with recalls or any such aftersales issues, but there's not a doubt in my mind that will be great as well if the sale itself is an indicator. All in all great place to buy your electronics!

Should be more companies like Electroplace where the customer service is their main priority and going out of their way to advise the customer on the products. I am glad to have found them. Thanks for the help. Definitely gained me as a customer .

Bought a 4K TV Sony via BOL. One, it was the best price I could find and second, contacting them was a pleasure! Great service!

Last Sunday bought an LG oled television, via bol.com at electroplace. The television arrived nicely on Tuesday despite the crowds. Only after unpacking and putting down the television did we find out that the television was not working. several attempts to get the television to work but to no avail. the same evening sent an email via bol.com to electroplace with the story of the faulty television. We received an e-mail back the same evening that we do not have to worry about everything being arranged the next day. And that was also correct last Thursday, a new television was brought and the defective television was taken along! That is why we are giving electroplace from Rotterdam a big 10 for the service thank you very much

My Bosch washing machine was delivered today. I am a critical consumer and don't just give 5 stars, but this company certainly deserves 5 Google stars 👍😊. I pay attention to the customer-friendliness service and the most important thing whether the agreements are met? Everything went as agreed in the store. Deliverers were on time, new washing machine was brought upstairs and connected and the old machine was taken along as agreed in advance. Simply top service 👍. From now on I buy my electronics at Electroplace because of excellent service. Thanks 💐😊
