For some reason there seems to be less and less staff available. Also when you ask for advice they are not knowledgeable, they are friendly but don't understand construction or anything technical. If you are looking for something they do the same thing as I was doing for 15 minutes, check the shelves. If you ask what a certain item is for or how it is used they will read the label.
Again, they are friendly and mean well but I've got a feeling they are mostly kids/young people doing this on the side, they lack the knowledge.
Also shelves are not well kept and empty and certain parts.
Amazing place. They have a lot of useful things for your house. As addition you can rent a drill or a washing vacuum cleaner for couple of hours. And as a cherry on top - helpful and polite personnel.
My favorite hardware store. Great customer service. Always ready to give a advice
DIY supplies. Very helpful staff.
