I'm not quick to say it, but what a worthless staff. Came for an artificial Christmas tree. Search first, not found inside, so ask at the info desk. There I was told that they are behind the till. You should smell that too. So I look there and then go and stand in the line of the till. Knew which one I wanted so figured I had to say checkout, pick up and go. Wrong. The info desk forgot to tell you that you have to take the Christmas tree into the store and then pay. Mistake, sloppy, but okay. Arrives at the pile driver behind the cash register and he told me they were outside. No not real, but an art. Yes, then he did not know and I had to go to the information desk. Really? So yes. I go back to the info desk and ask again about artificial Christmas trees. This lady explained it well. So outside again, grabbed a box with a tree and back to the till. This time we just got in a different row. Didn't want to take me out on that previous pile driver. We are waiting for the customer in front of us for a while and I see the pile driver coming from behind his cash register, walking with a customer to the ART Christmas trees, pick one and then take a box from the stack and walk to his register to pay for that customer. I couldn't believe my eyes. The boy behind the till where I was standing had to endure it, I apologize for that, luckily he was not attacked personally, but he was told how I thought about that kid. It seems to be the most natural thing in the world for people to be treated like that. Nobody was surprised. No more Gamma for me. Certainly not in Oud-Beijerland!
