At Heiloo Vitaal, every training is varied and fun. René brings out the best in you. Careful, personal guidance! Training in small groups is very satisfactory. Exactly what I was looking for.

My favorite gym. Small-scale and therefore a lot of personal attention. Wide choice of various sports activities. Easily accessible.

Sports with personal attention, in a small group, paying attention to possible injuries. You can also find information about becoming more vital here. I wanted to get fitter and lose a few kilos, had already had a gym subscription before but became a donor over time. At Heiloo vitaal you can exercise in a group of max 10/8. This way you will be helped to stay motivated by the trainer and your sports buddies. And with results.

René has guided me last year. My goal was to become vital. Physically, mentally but also emotionally I have achieved great things with René. I have learned to make better food choices. Discover what I still want and can get out of life. Weekly training was also incredibly fun, challenging, a nice and good, motivating program that looked very carefully at who I was, what I could do and what I wanted to achieve. I got to know René as a very open, very motivated person. And I am very grateful for the beautiful things we have achieved and the great training that we have done! I would definitely recommend René and his programs it brings you so much!
