No more boring workouts, but a new workout every day! I have been exercising with great pleasure at Performance Gym Alkmaar for 1.5 years now and can now do things I never thought possible! No more thinking in impossibilities but in possibilities! Furthermore, it is great fun to train in small groups (between 7 and 10 people) so that you still have sufficient personal guidance. It is also always cozy and informal. Everyone, young or old, trained or untrained is welcome and is helped, also by the other members. Super nice! Dennis (the trainer) pays close attention to implementation and technique and has even scheduled separate hours where you can work purely on, for example, weigthlifting skills or gymnastics skills.

A super nice box! Informal, cozy. Lots of knowledge and attention about and for the correct execution of the exercises and training structure. There is also a sports dietician connected to this box! A nice added value!
