Not to mention the despicable client service once you try to complain about their illegal actions. Nothing is ever fixed and you have to call them at least 15 times!

Nice gym. Though, shower cabines should be private and not so open.
What is going well there? I understand that you do not want cancellations but are completely inaccessible (since March 12, 2020 !!)? Outrageous this. You can only cancel through Expendy and that costs money ... Where do you get this guts from? Earning money and delivering NOTHING and NOT being available
Mmmm also booked for yesterday, today and also for next Monday and Tuesday. And my partner for next Saturday. Next Monday and Tuesday we were not on the list either. We found out yesterday after we wanted to exercise. Didn't get past the desk. Our abbo was canceled around October 23 when we re-registered the day after. Yesterday a member of staff finally called FFF headquarters. And after 3 weeks they were also able to use the FFF app again. I'm really fed up with this !!!
