I love this place. There is a wide range of yoga classes that can facilitate different needs. All instructors are very attentive and helpful. Facilties are new and neet.
The hot Yoga studio is REALLY great. It is good to finally have hot yoga available in Alkmaar. It would be a really fantastic addition if Bikram, power, and Ashtanga Yoga could also be offered, But these things take time. I hope this will be a consideration in the short term.
Airy large place with modern equipment and electronic training programs on access keys which you can use at any machine in the building. Nice atmosphere, clean en light. Not the cheapest place but certainly the best for a complete workout.
Nicest gym in Alkmaar. Big, clean, modern and usually not too crowded.
