Recently in training. Very nice, especially that we work a lot as a group. That way you are not alone and you stimulate each other.
The 'Box' of CrossFit Sliedrecht is located on an industrial estate next to the A15 and is therefore perfectly accessible. The box is very large in terms of square meters, there is enough space to do a WOD with, for example, 12 people. In summer, the 2 garage doors can be opened. Materials are sufficient and are enlarged every month.
There are currently 4 excellent and certified trainers who enthusiastically and fanatically help you through each WOD. In addition to the regular Crossfit classes, there is also the possibility to register for the Open Gym / Specialty hour / Events eg Strong Viking Run / and recently also the CrossfitKids !!
An app is conveniently used to register for the lessons and to log your achievements. Various subscriptions are offered, so something for everyone.

In my search for a suitable sport, I spontaneously walked into the Crossfit Sliedrecht box on a Monday evening to have a look. Here I was greeted by several members and the instructor for the day. I immediately felt welcome!
I received extensive explanations about the box, the lessons and how they work at Crossfit Sliedrecht and I received a good and clear answer to all my questions. After the conversation I watched the entire lesson. It is great to see that everyone stimulates and encourages each other during the various workouts. It really is 1 for all and all for 1 here!
After the lesson had a conversation with the instructor and was offered a trial lesson. I immediately scheduled this the next morning.
During this trial lesson (Fundamental training) the first 6 of the 9 basic techniques were discussed and practiced. At the end of the class I did a little workout to get used to the feeling of crossfit. This felt so good that I immediately became a member of Crossfit Sliedrecht.
As a member of Crossfit Sliedrecht you will have access to a planning system in which you can plan training sessions yourself at the available times. Before you can participate in the regular WOD (Workout of the Day) training, Open Gym training, Weightlifting training and Specialty Hours, you must first follow a 2nd Fundamental training so that you also master the other 3 basic techniques. Of course with a small workout at the end of the training. After you have also followed this training, you can participate in various other training courses.
They work at Crossfit Sliedrecht with various types of subscriptions (1x per week, 2x per week, 3x per week or unlimited) with various durations (month, six months or whole year) so that there is a suitable subscription for everyone. In addition, you can also take a strip card if you cannot exercise regularly or if you want to do extra training now and then in addition to your subscriptions.
In the meantime I have had my first regular WOD training and this has also been a great success. The Workout of the Day, which is predetermined, can always be performed in various difficulty levels so that both beginners and advanced can follow and perform the training properly. During such a workout you challenge yourself to get the most out of yourself and to repeat the workout as many times as possible in a certain time (AMRAP - As Many Rounds As Possible) or to complete the workout as quickly as possible (RFT - Round (s) / Rep (s) For Time). You will certainly be helped by the encouragement of the instructor, the other members and the music.
All in all, this is a very good and cozy box where you can work on yourself, your fitness and your strength in a fun way. Feel free to come and have a look and I'm sure you'll get just as excited as I am!
Super nice box, good guidance everyone motivates, supports and challenges each other. Whether you are a beginner or advanced crossfitter does not matter. You will amaze yourself in a positive way !!
