I do not advise anyone to order here. This company is terrible in terms of customer focus and after sales service. We have ordered 2 radiators with taps. The first delivery turned out to be missing a radiator and 1 tap not complete. After a lot of effort (tried to reach someone for 2 weeks) received the missing radiator. However, this was left with us while no one was at home and damaged. Reported correctly within 48 hours, no response. After repeated attempts, they still received an answer that they cannot exchange because they cannot find the message. Absolutely not recommended, there are plenty of alternatives where they do act correctly. Ps .: do not be fooled they indicate that they are a member of webwinkelKEUR when this is not the case.

Very bad customer service and very bad return policy. Costs for return are fully recovered from the customer at € 120. Material is poorly packaged and breaks easily, causing material damage quickly. And then the material is not taken back. And you get a big mouth from the staff in the bargain. Do not buy here! Edit: on the phone you say you don't have time every time, because it is so busy. The horn was even thrown on it once !!! But time to respond to a bad review ... special !! And no, apparently the packaging is not properly checked, because a very heavy radiator is not wrapped in just some plastic. That will happen to you. You also promote on the website with a quality mark, while you are no longer affiliated with it! A complaint has also been lodged here.

Definitely not recommended! We had to wait months for our ordered radiators. Incredibly bad communication, empty promises and customer unfriendly. If only I had seen the bad reviews on Google and their Facebook page before ..

Vertical radiator bought at Radiatorkopen.nl. Supplied and installed by a professional plumber. When put into use, the radiator spontaneously came off the wall and ended up on top of a chair. Life-threatening. Radiator damaged, floor damaged, antique chair broken and costs incurred again for installer. Contacted radiatorkopen.nl immediately. These have sent new brackets. These were different brackets than initially supplied with the materials. But deny liability. Bad quality, so don't buy!
