Been a member for over a few years. If I wanted to cancel this subscription because I have been a member for a longer time, this can be done within 1 month. But on closer inspection, I still wanted to remain a member and cancel my cancellation. But because of the system I had to fill in a registration form again so that automatic collection etc. remained active. A few months later I wanted to cancel my subscription, but this could not be stopped after 1 month because I suddenly signed a new 12-month contract. While the owner had said that this was purely for the system. I had direct debit every month and has never been interrupted and now I am suddenly still on it for more than six months, because the owner had noted 12 months in his contract. This is how it is handled if you have been a regular customer for so long. Played smart and worth a bad review. Now active at robs personal training where people just think humanly with you!
