Friendly and kind table

Initially friendly and well treated in store, bought topper and settled. It was announced that it would take 1.5 months to be delivered. Not a problem in itself, if you know that. Bought mid-September and would be delivered October 31, 2020. This has been postponed a week in advance to November 30 for no reason. What we were not satisfied with waiting 1.5 months for a top match is actually too long. Then wait another month for no reason ........ and then move on again for sure. We canceled the order and requested a refund, which was refunded after another 20 days of waiting, called customer service a few times, you won't get any wiser either. In the meantime we went to Swiss Sense, a store in Middelburg where a lovely saleswoman helped us and the topper was delivered within a week. So it is possible .........., really great. We have renamed "Beter Bed" into "Worchter Bed" What a service, rather no service

Very professionally helped by the saleswoman, she received good advice and an explanation of the possibilities of slatted bases and mattresses, which were also bought there

Being able to buy a duvet just before closing time. Although there would still be a Black Friday discount, I got the VAT discount from the promotion that starts tomorrow. Excellent service. Also excellent explanation about the various types of duvets.
