Bax provide a very efficient service with no messing around. They dispatch on the same day and their customer service is very reasonable. One of the couple of music suppliers I use regularly for my band.

Great shop with an amazing selection of instruments. We went there for a starter set for an electric guitar for our son and got great recommendations. The staff knows their stuff, they are friendly and thinking with you to find exactly what you need. We are very happy with our purchase.

Great service and very friendly staff. I made order on their Web page, guitar was out of stock, we changed it for another for the same price with no problems. Surely will come here again.

So difficult to get in touch over the phone.... they have a policy to speak to a reception first who will take a callback request, which is then passed on to the store because it is so busy in the store?? (digital customers are not as important?) Call backs take a long time, even when you try early morning when the shop has just opened.... Compare this to Thomann who always have knowledgeable staff on the phone to help you. Not impressed with the service
