Good builing material store, you can find everything you need and want for a good price!
I was waiting for 6 hours to collect my orders than receive an email that My order has been canceled without reason! than refound wıll take some couple days ha! What a terrible management!
+1 for big asortiment and many small things available
+1 for very nice customer service - people there are great
+1 working hours are very pro-approach for clients
-1 most of people, who's working there have absolutely no idea what are they selling. They doesn't have basic knowledge about what is in the shop and how it works
-1 if You need help and looking for some personel, it's never-ending story, You need to look for them for 15 minutes. One lady/gentelman who's at information point is absolutely stacked by customers... Are You realy not able to hire 2 more persons to make it work?
Does present personel has to do 120% norm to keep the thing going on? Seriously?
Expensive and dont expect any help...
