Very unpleasant treatment by the owner. When paying for an ordered book, one of the employees is asked about the return conditions. There was told that this was possible within 30 days. Still want to return the book within a week. Owner entered the conversation with a straight leg, was remarkably unhelpful and unkind-friendly. Am still amazed that someone acts like that towards a customer. Mister waved authority by saying "I'm the boss." On the website or on the voucher nothing of these conditions was found with regard to not being able to return ordered books. Very unpleasant experience.
