the worst company I've ever seen!!! ordered something on the web site. it was written that i'll get the shipment THE NEXT DAY. today i found out that the prooduct is out of the stock and i need to wait 6 working days to get it. so i have cancelled the order cause it was suppose to be a present. Now the company is making problems with sending back my money. instead of refunding immediatelly they play now with me in 14 days refund time... I'll wait cause have no choice. Incompetence and misery- that's all i can say!!! don't buy there people!!!

Update (01-06-2017): the website of Kada Retail BV is no longer available. But they continue to launch new websites such as chopdeals.nl where they happily continue. We can whistle for our money, but I warn everyone: don't work with them! Unfortunately, there are currently issues with this company's website. They are busy repairing this. Update: The above was handled several months ago. Unfortunately, I note that we - and some other suppliers that we are in contact with - have still not received any money for delivered goods. I don't expect this to happen either. Supply to this company as a manufacturer or supplier? Then only after 100% payment in advance. Buy from this company as a consumer? It may be wise to look further. Update: the website of Kada Retail BV is no longer available. But they continue to launch new websites such as chopdeals.nl where they happily continue. I placed an order on March 9 and paid. Shipping costs and track and trace Order has never been sent Ticket created where my order stays. No reaction. With online chat I just get thrown out. Money back requested No response This case Kada Retail B.V. in Veendaal is just a scammer. I am therefore going to report a scam

This company does not keep its promises! I have never received my order after having had email and telephone contact several times.
