Yesterday delivered my Lenovo AIO for upgrade to SSD and memory. Picked up again this morning. I had contact in advance via @ about the possibilities. I fiddled with LENOVO for almost 2 years, which fixed the Krieger in a day. No nonsense. Now have a sluggish PC with pepper in the bottom that now has acceptable performance. Top! Communicated well in advance and made agreements. Shame about those few pointless, misplaced and stupid reviews. I suspect that not always real and sincere reports are made. Think before you post a review. What do you want to achieve with it? I had a lot of patience with Lenovo but eventually expressed my displeasure. I just met the wrong people who didn't want to see that I bought a PC on Monday and insist that it couldn't be upgraded. Now I can happily and hopefully move forward for a while. Good service can be expected in the right situation. It doesn't have to come from 1 side.

In terms of good service but poor communication with the order. Had bought ethernet plugs that would be good, unfortunately they were not good and they didn't work. PC products are also ordered for a very high price.
