One of the best and customer-friendly companies we have ever ordered. Normally we don't write a review quickly, but our experience was so exceptional that we do it this time. We bought a refrigerator here that was to be placed in the attic as a second refrigerator. After paying a very good price, we were anxiously waiting for the fridge. Unfortunately, the deliverers did not want to lift the fridge, because they thought it was risky, while we (and I willemnu) had paid extra for the PostNL extra @ home service. Ikwillem agreed with me and made sure that the deliverers came back again. Unfortunately, they also said that it was not possible, because they were afraid that they would hit the wall. Ikwillem then returned the shipping costs and gave us a small gift. They were very cooperative and thinking about a different solution, but then something amazing happened: A day later, out of nowhere, there were 2 delivery men at the door, who lifted the fridge to our attic within 5 minutes :). Of course we then refunded the shipping costs. Really top service and highly recommended!

Boy, what a party it is when you do business with Ikwillem.nu. Even with damage that I noticed extra after delivery, a more than satisfied solution is offered. I would like to share more of my experience at Ikwillem.nu below: My search process for a new fridge / freezer combination actually with an email after my previous find had already been sold, but they have a regular supply of 'new' products. When there was another nice combination on it, I immediately made my move. After an easy way of ordering, I immediately received an email on Monday (ordered in the weekend) about how it all went. It was neatly explained to me how the delivery service was adjusted in connection with the known COVID rules for the delivery person. Then I also received the correct information in terms of logistics emails. You can easily and quickly (for large products) make a delivery appointment via the web portal. On the day of delivery you get a correct indication of delivery and that also goes smoothly. Delivery driver took my old white goods equipment. In short, to make my long story short: Are you looking for new equipment with occasional acceptable damage so that you can score great deals cheaply? Then take a look at Ikwillem.nu! In any case, I am a very satisfied customer and would like to come back to you if necessary!

Pleasantly helped again. Smooth and friendly. Great idea to give a life to articles with a scratch or something like that. And therefore sharp at the price!
