Yesterday I had a super fun trial lesson and introduction at Bodytec Veenendaal. I was well received and there is a nice atmosphere. At Bodytec Veenendaal you can choose from various options. I have chosen the complete picture. From next week I will start with a 12-week program Bodytec and Airzone. I will also use the nutrition app with a daily menu tailored to the needs of my body + a piece of online coaching. It's funny to see that I can eat more than I actually did. What I really like about this app is that when there is a menu between what I do not like or no longer have at home, you can switch your menu at the touch of a button, so there is always something for everyone. On the days that I work and are on the road a lot, I can make one of the many smoothies for a breakfast to go and take a nice salad or soup for the afternoon, for example. I am super enthusiastic and I am really looking forward to starting.
