Anja is a very knowledgeable and friendly mortgage adviser who is happy to talk to you easily and clearly with advice and decisiveness. She helped with our house hunting for a longer period of time. For example, she advised us on various offers for houses about what was and what was not possible (financially) for us. She is available at all times and answers all your questions in a clear way. The advice of the final mortgage was also clear and straightforward. She has guided us fully up to the last letter of the mortgage agreement and she is also willing at all times to guide or advise you on other matters where necessary and if it lies within her expertise. In short, an expert who is definitely worth the money and you can rely on.

Anja Braveboer has helped me enormously with advising on and completing my mortgage application. She was always available for questions and I always received an answer or advice on the same day. In addition, she always thought along with specific issues surrounding the mortgage and it was never a problem to request more information if I considered it necessary. This information was therefore very quickly shared with me so that I could make further decisions about my mortgage. I have always experienced the personal contact and communication as very pleasant.

Anja takes the time for you and actually gives meaning to the words "personal advice". The customer is central (and not the shareholder). You can feel this through the peace in the conversation and the time she takes. She goes the extra mile and starts from what is best for the customer.

Anja is pleasant to deal with. In the conversations she makes plenty of time for you and listens carefully to your wishes. She answers all questions professionally (and often if necessary) and informs you as a client in a correct and detailed way. The entire process, from introduction to completion, Anja is easily accessible and always willing to provide further explanation or to make an extra personal appointment. Her personal approach is very pleasant and a relief compared to the large mortgage advisers / companies.
