I have been waiting for my final bill for 1.5 years, but I do not respond by phone
Success broker acted as an intermediary between landlord and tenant. They quickly dismissed the problems under the guise that they cannot do anything about it. Bad communication, they don't call back. We have been outside the door twice due to a defective lock that was 'just new'. We had to pay the bills ourselves while we were only living there for 2 weeks, because we had not followed the protocol (which is nowhere to be found). Defects have not been resolved in a year and a half after many calls and emails. In short, we are happy to be gone. Don't hire real estate agents from success!
Do not respond to anything, either by email or by telephone! Lousy service
At that time I took out my mortgage here and used it as my buying agent. I know one thing for sure the quality they deliver is a 10+
They are very relaxed in their communication and actions, but perhaps a little too relaxed because I am never called back .. and I am not the only one
