The first contact was pleasantly clear and quick for a mortgage transfer. When this employee left the office, our file was taken over by another employee. Time and time again mistakes have been made and parts that I had already submitted had to be redone. We no longer had confidence in it, but because we were already so far in the process, we still let it go after apologies. But up to the end, even with the final bill, a mistake was again made and too much burdened.
