Van AssumDelft picked up a current case for us and advised us very well on it. As a result, we (finally!) Ended up in our rights after 3 years of litigation! I cannot describe them otherwise as professional, correct and friendly.

Assum Delft Advocaten has been the in-house attorney of Timmer-Makelaars for almost 30 years. We are always promptly and expertly advised and successfully assisted in proceedings.

Assum Delft advised us in drawing up a letter of intent. They handled this quickly and correctly for both parties.

I can summarize the entire process of representation very briefly: "seriously disappointing". Mr. van Delft has worked very slow and only cost increasing! I recognize many things that are discussed in the aforementioned review. The service is completely disproportionate to the costs and the outlined result during the intake. Little progress has been made to no progress in finalizing contracts. The service is particularly reactive. In the end, after 1.5 months, I signed almost the same contracts as I came in for advice. Result of the 3 cases, which he judged as very promising is NIHIL! The 3 very promising issues have been lost to date. And if you speak to this incompetent moneywolf, you are a bad loser. Beware of this incompetent bag filler. I have been misled by this lawyer not belonging to the legal profession. Bag filler Van Delft, (this is a very moderate salutation) The corrupt Board of Discipline has not dealt with all complaints that I have raised. Today I received the verdict from the Subdistrict Court in Amersfoort in the case that you have filed against me in which you believe that I owe you approx. 6,000.00 Euro. Yes THIS CORRECT JUDGE, however, had a completely different story. You have therefore lost this case against an amateur. Have you ever won a case at all? Yes, is it not even time that you adjust your ridiculously high rates? Yes, pocket filler is bad with your office. How many lawyers did you have to point out so far? In addition, you do not perform anything because of 2 of the 3 items that I have affixed, which were very promising for you to be considered for which you use the ridiculously high hourly rate of 250.00 Euro excl. VAT + 6% office costs. You must have guts. And if the case is lost do you dare to say incapable rat: "You are a bad loser. AND this is a best effort obligation". Give me such a job.
