When we were eligible with this office for the purchase of our first home 8.5 years ago, the experience as a buyer was very nice: clear, honest and open communication, respectful and there was peace and space in the viewing of the house . That is why we knew that if we ever sold our house ourselves, we would also like to do business with Herbrink. We needed a run-up to make the decision to move, but Roald took the time and effort to get us involved in the process beforehand, in part by outlining what we could do to get our house ready for sale. Very nice. In addition, we liked this time to purchase the new home together with a real estate agent, rather than all by ourselves. We received a nice offer for the combination of purchase & sale. That has certainly earned itself back! Roald was very skilled in guiding the bidding process, where the communication to us was very friendly and clear, but also to the selling party, which we really appreciated. The expertise has also sought to ensure that the process was carried out carefully and professionally, which would probably have been a major challenge for us as laymen, had it been successful due to a lack of knowledge. And then we wanted to switch quickly to put our house on sale. The real estate agency joined in just as quickly and after a nice crew visited the photo shoot of the house, the house quickly went on sale. Although viewing afternoons were planned due to great interest, with several viewers succeeding each other, we understand that the current buyers (the house has been sold very smoothly and fine!) Did not experience any pressure during the viewing, which contributed to a pleasant experience. All in all, all processes could not have gone better. A big plus is also that although the broker team are of course involved in the purchase and sale on the assembly line, they help, inform and speak to you with undiminished enthusiasm.
