Reinier helped us find our house. We have been very satisfied with the support he brought us during the entire process. Reinier has also been working closely with our mortgage advisor (HuygensHypotheek), which was very handy for us.

Deze makelaars doen niet wat ze zeggen en zeggen niet wat ze doen. Na ondertekening van het koopcontract reageren ze niet meer op e-mails, bij de oplevering van de woning komen ze 10 minuten te laat terwijl er maar 20 minuten voor uitgetrokken is, ze reageren schandalig op klachten over de nodige verborgen gebreken ("als de kraan lekt moet je deze dichtdraaien...") en als je klachten over hun behandeling hebt reageren ze in eerste instantie totaal niet en daarna komen ze met allerlei goedkope smoesjes, ze draaien het zo dat zij nooit schuld hebben. Enige zelfreflectie is deze "jongens" vreemd. Ik beveel deze makelaardij dus niet aan.

Our house is sold by Fundament estate agents. Name 1 other broker who takes the time to plan and guide 72 personal viewings, exactly, I don't think there are. Because the gentlemen of Fundament real estate agents have presented our property in a fantastic way, there was great enthusiasm and we were able to sell our house well! The sales process was well supervised, the gentlemen were always available and provided clear expectations which were always met!

Genuinely involved. Correct knowledge of the market value of our house that was sold within a week and a half for 25,000 euros more than other brokers had estimated
