Extremely questionable broker who prefers to sell homes within his own network instead of passing more favorable bids to the seller. I no longer look at homes they have in their portfolio! The broker does not send appointment confirmations, does not respond to emails, does not inform the seller when a competitive bid has been made; when I approached the seller directly and asked if he had received my offer, the answer was "no" and came to a halt when I mentioned my bid, meanwhile, commitments had already been made to another bidder. The sales data are now visible in the land register. My offer was 5% above the final selling price and my conditions were not strange. Previously had contact with this broker for another house. When viewing, you simply refer to the brochure, cannot answer simple questions that are not in the brochure. If you want to get rid of your house quickly regardless of the price, this real estate agent can help you put the house away in their circle of friends. Do you want to sell your home at the best price? Then look further, there are plenty of other brokers.
