Estate agent Klein Hofmeijer has been both a buying and selling agent for us. The experiences in both programs were very positive. They know the market in Amersfoort-Zuid very well and responded quickly to our wishes and questions. And not unimportantly, they delivered good results in the negotiation processes.
Walked in at Klein Hofmeijer together with my girlfriend with the idea to buy a house. Already done several viewings where we had the idea that we had to search for a long time and had to make many bids. Very neat and welcoming received by Ilona. She had a number of viewings that she also connected to and took the time for us. Finally found a nice house that made our heart beat faster, this was our first bid for a house. Klein Hofmeijer has given us good advice and guidance, which ultimately led to the purchase of our first home. Ilona guided us all the way from the search to the drawing at the notary. All in all a very positive experience and highly recommended.
We got to know Martijn as a very skilled broker. He has a lot of knowledge of the market in Amersfoort, is already aware of new offers before it is on funda and he really helps you in the selection process. In addition, it is also a very nice person to work with!
Very good experience with this broker. Small office with attention for the customer.
