Order a book, but was not what I expected. With the special bookmatch label sent back to sender and 2 days later the entire amount has been refunded to my account. Well arranged!

Small bug in the system: if you offer a book too cheaply, so if the shipping costs are reduced, and you have nothing left, you will receive a message (very good of course) but then the text in the explanation 'eg. name on endpaper, nod in cover '. So then you increase the asking price by x cents, but then you have to rewrite the text immediately in the explanation.
