I started with a very bad experience but Dennis contacted me personally and informed that the delay in response that led to my experience was due to resource crunch at their end. He handled everything well and as they say everything is well that ends well- I am very pleased with the way I was treated! A good company!
I ordered a product which did not meet my expectations. Now I have to return it and pay for the shipment myself. Probably should have read the reviews and return policy before hand.
I will update my review based on how the return process works.
Update: Customer support has contacted me and paid for the postage while sharing a detailed explanation.

Bad service. Ordered a seat. it came in fairly quickly, but turned out to be the wrong color. I've been waiting for a solution for 2 weeks now. I had good email contact about this in the beginning. But since a week there has been no response to emails. They cannot be reached by phone. They only work with a telephone answering service that can and should not arrange anything except forwarding messages. But there is no response to that either. Really ridiculous.
Update.
After this review, we quickly contacted and the problem was solved. That was great, but a pity that it caused a lot of frustration.
20 februari heb ik een zitzak besteld en betaald deze zou binnen twee weken geleverd worden. Na drie weken ben ik gaan mailen en bellen zonder enige reactie. " Dennis" verschuilt zich achter de dames van een belservice die niets anders kunnen doen dan de berichten doorgegeven. Ik ben er nu wel klaar mee en ga mijn geld terug halen. Wat een schandaal om zo met je klanten om te gaan en alleen de goede berichten selecteren op je website. Wordt vervolgd
