I called them twice, waited 5 minutes for them to check the availability of the vehicle I wanted to rent, and both times the phone connection was broken on their side. Silly.

We rented a car here from December 27 to January 3, and I can only say that this is really my best experience with a car rental, very nice people. We had reserved a vending machine, but they phoned nicely to ask if a link was good, so we got a nice upgrade, for the same price. Advantage: can pay with pin, cars not older than two years, ours was from summer 2016, professional staff. Disadvantage: none, just praise, keep it up!

Had a great experience at Sterrent in Amersfoort! Super assisted by Frans who report on arrival that the intended Ford Ka was unfortunately not available and I got a Ford Fiesta St Line for the same price. Had a super 10 days and drove miles free to France! Day 2 had a flat tire and immediately assisted by the emergency service, it had to advance itself, but also got a fair share of the costs, because there was still 7 millimeters on the profile. Really recommended and very well helped and really think along with you!
