For me and my family it represents a good and competent financial service provider. But it's just my own opinion. As with many things in life you have to make your own experience ;)

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!! I've entered into a lease with the mafia! After watching a car, I fell in love with the car. I wanted to purchase this through a financial lease. And a week later Picked up the car and 2 months later I had problems with the car. So much so that the engine broke down. Pon did not want anything to do with it and says that I have to solve it with a dealer who works for them. The dealer wanted nothing to do with it and says we don't know anything about this, let's start an investigation. Only the person who can start an investigation is the lease company (pon finance), their contract really says that if the car shows hidden defects, pon finances will have an investigation done, because the car is also their property. She did not want to do this, and you are losing thousands of dollars to these scammers. YOU MUST BE CAREFUL !!! THE CONTRACTS THAT THEY DRAW UP THEY DO NOT COMPLY !!!

My experience with this lease company is very bad. I think it's unworthy of an A brand. It happened to me several times that I received the invoice from someone else in my name. It was very difficult, took a lot of phone calls, emails, etc. for 6 weeks, and they were unable to convince them that they had made a mistake. The invoice numbers were not even in my invoice overview. Eventually, after reporting a formal complaint, a light went on. No excuse, nothing. Subsequently, after the termination of the lease contract from their collection agency Cannock, I received a reminder for an invoice already paid, an invoice indeed received at my attention for a minimal amount and another monthly invoice for the lease of the month after termination of the contract. The costs for this are 255Euro collection costs They don't care at all Do not participate!

This company is impressively BAD. Most customer service representatives are miserable as can be. Rude people on the phone. For no reason whatsoever, I often (not always happily) hear irritations in their voice and tone. I also spent 2 months calling back and forth for collection costs that were WRONG. After I paid an installment, they send a message a week later that there will be more collection costs. It TAKEN 2 MONTHS for them to see I DID pay for it. Even after I indicated the date and time of the payment. These people also do NOT take the corona lockdown into account and continue to send debt collection letters. They don't know what they are doing !!!!! From now on I will record their conversations and let the necessary people hear it. I am completely fed up with this.

I never write a negative review online, but it is worth it. You have to call somewhere at the back every time. You receive disinformation from the employees, false promises about turnaround time. What was originally supposed to be ready at the end of the second week of January, can now apparently take another 10 days. In addition, they all make mistakes, so you have to contact more often. (incorrect invoices) Maybe just hire a good customer service manager, because this is about nowhere.
