Very bad; my son goes to a holiday job interview and is told he gets a call in the afternoon. Does not happen, nor will it be the next day and Randstad is unreachable. That is very demotivating for young people who want to get started ...!

Had a bad experience with this employment agency in the past. After a nice telephone conversation in response to my CV, I was invited to come to the location for an intake. Once there, it turned out that the employee had not yet arrived. If I wanted to take a seat. No drink such as water or coffee was offered. After half an hour with a dry mouth I was asked if the employee would still come. There would be, I was assured. Eventually, after waiting another 10 minutes, he rushed in, took my resume and put it in the hands of the intern. Whether he wanted to take me in. He clearly knew neither to blow nor blow and had no experience whatsoever with doing an intake. After 10 minutes of discomfort, I was outside again. I couldn't blame the intern, but the employee all the more. Obviously never heard from again and no apologies. Since the turnover is high at employment agencies, this is of course a snapshot, but also my personal experience. If I were to become unemployed again, I would change my mind at least twice before I started working with Randstad Amersfoort.
