Expect to pay double the price you see on internet. They will find a way. I rented a diamond sander, and for 1 hour light work I managed, according to the invoice, to scratch 0.6 mm off. Then they add some general damage fee on top. Go to them as your last option is my advice.

Poor telephone accessibility. The tile cutter hired through praxis (is therefore Boels) turned out to have a defective part. Praxis didn't have that, but because the things belong to Boels, go there. I had to pay for the part, which has now been reimbursed by praxis without any problems. Something more customer-friendly and solution-oriented from Boels is in order.

Beware: fine print so you pay a lot more than you would think based on the website! If you rent something for 24 hours on Friday afternoon at 3 pm, you have to bring it back before 12.30 on Saturday, because then they will close. Regardless that you cannot use the tool for 24 hours. When I called about this and made this point, I was scorned: “yes, we will adjust the opening hours a bit to the customers for sure”.
