Easy and fast, every time I think so. But I keep coming home from a rude awakening. Once every two times they indicate on the day itself that groceries are not available, even though you have ordered them. So still having to do groceries in the supermarket while this does not fit in the planning. Furthermore, I have now had to wait an hour longer 3 times in a row (until 10.30 pm) and then also without a message and with squashed messages. Delivery people are always very friendly.

The app and having your groceries delivered is ideal, it is only such a shame that fresh products are often of terribly low quality. Dairy products are sometimes no longer good when you get them, it is still within the date but already completely sour and / or lumpy. "Fresh" vegetables are clearly not fresh as they can sometimes no longer be eaten after 2 days. Nice concept, unfortunate in execution.

We regularly order from Picnic, the range is certainly good and thanks to the app you can easily see the total price, in contrast to shopping in a physical store. However, it is best to look more closely in the stores for meat, as you regularly have promotions there. The bread is also disappointing, a lot drier than Lidl, for example, so we don't order it anymore. Delivery men are friendly to you 95% of the time and always tell you what's in the bags. The app tells fairly accurately what time the deliverers are present. Only a few times I have had the delivery time deviated more than 10 minutes. A great solution if you really hate shopping. It is a pity that you can select a single time per day.
