Contacted an email in October or November to order a dryer. I was quickly called and informed. My new dryer was ordered but out of stock at that time. As soon as it was again, Blom called to arrange the installation / delivery. It was done quickly and neatly. I recommend always checking with Blom whether a particular model is available. You get an already in service, much better than the well-known online stores. Top quality / price too! I am definitely not buying white goods online anymore. Promise!

No service at all. there is an exclusive bosch siemens service partner also for built-in equipment. but if you call them they will not come for a malfunction. we earn too little is the literal answer. buy a new one. apparently only go for quick money and not for service. I know enough not to buy anything there.
