Movement is really the best gym I know. It is a place where you can really focus on yourself and get all the guidance you can think of. Both Stanley (owner) and Mario (my trainer) are very good at coaching during and after training. They do a lot more than devise training schedules and point out the execution. The trainers at Movement really do everything they can to achieve the set goals. The gym is spacious, clean and all materials are new and of the best quality. Movement has enough options so that, I think, everyone could go there.

I started training with a lot of pain in the knee, hoping to postpone a knee prosthesis. So that worked out very well. Walking without pain, how wonderful. Thank you Movement trainers !!!

when I first came in at Movement club 033 it immediately felt good. I wanted to do more sports but I know myself. I wasn't very active at the time, I didn't mind doing anything but I was also able to invent 1000 other things. They told me to try it for 2 months anyway and I did. I had the plan to work out twice a week. Because I know myself, I had already decided to bet higher and instead of 2x a week I went 3x a week. This is because I had figured out when I would start exercising less once a week than I had achieved my goal. Now I am 1.5 years later and I still exercise 3 times a week. I am motivated, I really like sports and it does not feel like I have to. If I cannot go at my regular training moment, I make sure that I go another day in that week. This is due to the personal approach. The trainers really know you, they motivate you and challenge you every time. No training is the same.

Proud of these professionals! A year ago I reluctantly dragged myself to the gym and now I train 3 times a week under the guidance of these top trainers. I am fitter, more energetic and have lost all the necessary pounds. Damir and team, keep it up 💪🏻
