Bought a novation launchpad mk3. Once home I found out that it is only suitable for ableton 10. Called mister meibergen, he immediately thought along with me, he wanted to present the problem to a representative of novation whom he spoke regularly, a moment later he called me back and thought he had found a solution, he had started looking for me on the various forums. Together we came to the conclusion that it could only function as a midi controller in ableton 9 and not as a launchpad, that was only supported in ableton 10. The next day I drove to meibergen music and got my money back immediately. I recommend everyone to order your stuff here, they are cheap and the service is more as good. I do not recognize myself at all in the negative reviews that have been left

Yesterday I had placed an order with music dealer Meibergen. Afterwards I started to doubt a bit whether I had chosen the right thing. Contacted Mr. Meibergen by phone and looked at and tried some stuff by appointment. Ended up going home with something completely different than originally ordered. Great business with skilled people. Really great that a business like this competes with the large mail order companies. Especially in times like this when shops have been closed for quite some time, I would advise everyone to do their shopping here. In any case, I come there more often!

Wanted to buy something out of stock but was kept well informed with the expectation. Deal quickly closed for a better price than comparable stores, so we ordered another product. Top service. I do, however, enjoy having direct contact with a large customer service department. You cannot return anything, but the price is also for that. This is very clearly stated so people who still order here while they know it, their own fault !! They are just new glow products and you would basically just have a warranty with the manufacturer if something is wrong !!

Beware! At this store you can order something online, but they do not accept returns within 14 days (which is legally regulated)! They have never heard of the right of withdrawal and do not cooperate with it. So they think they are above the law. If you return your order, you will lose your money. This is literally in an email. If you want to discuss this by telephone, they will disconnect. I advise everyone to avoid this music store. Bunch of crooks!

Ordered a whammy DT, immediately received an email that it would be delivered later, but the promotional price remained valid. It has just been delivered, everything as agreed. Neat!
