Had wonderful Pilates class again. #ready for the weekend#
Professional yoga studio with a varied range of lessons. The teachers are very professional: put you at ease, guide you during the exercises and convey the philosophy behind the exercises. It is encouraged to investigate which form of yoga meets your needs. I myself follow the critical alignment lesson once a week, which I would definitely recommend. The studio is flexible when it comes to catching up with missed lessons at other times, so that you gradually get acquainted with other forms of yoga and teachers. Super satisfied!
I have been practicing yoga at Annelien for years. Professional teacher with technical and philosophical qualities. My favorite is Yin Yoga. Studio Yoga Yuga is a must! Top!
