Bought a bathroom here over a year and a half ago. For the price tacked here. Furniture was delivered with damage, has been exchanged. The mechanic / installer worked half or quarter days or made his own times. In the end, it took much longer to set than originally stated / agreed. Even after that, other technicians had to come to put things in order. All in all, not a pleasant experience, not in communication and agreements.

After waiting for an appointment for 45 minutes, you can quickly and easily schedule an appointment in between. Jan was 25 minutes late again, but we had an appointment. Get a quote, and we would receive it within 7 working days. Almost 2 weeks later and still nothing heard or anything. Not even a call, message or email of it can take a little longer, no nothing. Dramatic company, do absolutely no business with this!

Ordered complete bathroom and toilet on March 30, 2019. Jan thought well and went to my house twice to measure everything. So that all furniture would fit and the right amount of tiles could be ordered. A lot changed after the deal. * bad communication. * laughs a lot. * Jan did not measure correctly. A total of 8 packs of tiles too much. * ordered wrong fountain. * charges costs to the customer for his own mistakes. Return costs of the tiles are not reported in advance. * does not supply all products complete. If you ask if it's included, he says yes. Next day you can pick it up yourself because it has not been delivered. * have to take product from showroom after consultation otherwise we had to wait weeks again. * delivers damaged shower door on July 3, 2019. * legal assistance for the damaged shower door and wrongful costs must turn on. * December 13 a new damaged shower door has been delivered. Detected immediately with the mechanic. * February 27, 2020 shower door polished to scratch. Scratch has diminished slightly but not gone. * incorrectly calculated costs not yet received back on March 25, 2020. I have accepted that this company cannot solve the scratch and Jan does not want to see his own mistakes. I NEVER BUY AGAIN!

Our new bathroom selected by grando. Jan Wolterink advised and assisted us and suggested various options that we had not thought of ourselves. Subsequently, the entire renovation was carried out by a grando installation technique. These guys did a great job. Small imperfections were quickly resolved. A few small things still need to be adjusted, but we have every confidence that this will be resolved properly. Grando bathrooms Almelo a top team.
