Super nice company who think along! Had a leak in the bathroom, called J&J and within 2 hours a mechanic on the sidewalk in these already busy times for installers. Definitely recommend this company!

After a good first experience the second time unfortunately less positive. After the visit and quotation, there is no response. Have found another solution in the meantime.

It took a month to get a quote / price indication. After there was no response to my mailing for the 2nd time, I went to a company that takes its customers seriously. If this already goes wrong in the quotation phase, it cannot bode well in the implementation phase.
