What a great broker, I called the day before yesterday to see if I could view a house. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The tour itself was very pleasant and I received extensive answers to all my questions. It was neatly shown where all the flaws were and despite that a bid was placed on the house. Now wait and see if this house is allowed to us.

Top treatment and knowledge
The number 1 broker of Almelo !!? We have been in contact three times for an appointment of a house on the curve dike and we were seriously interested in that house. Estate agent can never speak about that house and we keep hearing nothing about a possible appointment, every time postponement. Now it turns out, house is sold with reservation ?? I think communication and transparency is also part of this course. So very disappointed in this, for us Kamphuis brokers is definitely not recommended.
