I have been in contact as a purchasing party. Flexible in scheduling appointments with pleasant helpful people. After an initial bid was us or asked to sell our own home with the news that there were equivalent interested and that our choice of a sales broker so was brought / sent the communication to the vendor. That just can not be. With this you disadvantage the selling party and you are in the process of blackmailing. We have ignored this proposal and luckily we will soon be the owner of the house.
