I have been working with 123 Wonen for 18 months now and I am very satisfied. There is never a phone call that is missed or an email unanswered. At the head office they are always there for you, with good advice & legally strong support, but what is most important to me; they always want to be there for all parties, the franchisee, the landlords but also the tenant and I think this is a nice combination that works perfectly in my opinion and fits nicely with my vision.
