Super friendly staff that went beyond

Comfortable. Could use kitchen and laundry. Close to the sea. Easy to walk to eateries

We were a group of two couples with an infant. We highly recommend this apartment as a base to explore Amsterdam and the northwest of the Netherlands. Our space on the second floor had amazing views over the North Sea. The apartment is within easy walking distance from the train station and the beach. There is even an excellent seafront restaurant two minutes' walk away. Janneke and Herman went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their outstanding hospitality was what made our stay really special. They even provided a few extras, including for the baby, to make our stay even better.

I had a single apartment in the attic. This has been lovingly set up in detail. There are cooking utensils, hair dryer, towels, seating, small bed, chest of drawers, TV, etc. in it. The reception was a small bottle of champagne, a small bouquet of flowers and chocolates. Everything a woman's heart desires. The hosts are very accommodating. The beach, bars, train station and shops were only a few meters away Unfortunately, I have one small negative point to give. I don't know how the WiFi reception is in the other apartments, unfortunately it was very bad or not at all receivable in the single apartment. Which is rather bad for me, because I don't have mobile internet either and every now and then became a problem when I wanted to google something. Otherwise, we'd love to do it again!
