No reimbursement of gym membership fees while the gym was closed for more than 2 months. I also asked to suspend my membership as I had to work overseas for 3 months. In both cases, Big gym continued to fully charge my credit card while I had no gym access for 5 months.

Very good gym. A lot of different training equipment. Kettlbells, slam bags, crossfit equipment, different types of cardio equipment, enough space for any kind of training. Everything necessary for bodybuilding training (more modern than old school). Three benches for bench press plus three incline benches and one decline bench. 5 squat racks. Big plus point is that space is huge so even when there is a lot of people, there is still enough space to train. All in all, you can do literally any kind of training in there. Also price is very good, especially if you make contract for a couple years. Definitely recommend
