The secretary made everything difficult from the very beginning. Both e-mail and telephone contact were negligible. Despite asking for a contract to buy a house, we got it several hours before signing the contract. The contract was with mistakes. At the 16 pm day before signed, we were told that we must now transfer money to our own contribution. My family and I were on a trip and we had to go home quickly to transfer such a large amount. The secretary didn't let us bring her translator. She stated that we have no right to change the translator. This is reprehensible! Our translator tried to contact the office, but the employee disconnected nervously after a few minutes. A notary public employs an intermediary between the client and the translator and you have to pay twice as much for the interpreter. Notary public unpleasant, he just wants to sign the documents and leave as soon as possible so that the next clients can enter. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VERY MUCH!!!
