I needed a new hinge for my bin after a couple of emails to Simplehuman they forwarded my email to Vepa Bins. I received and email from Dominique, she send me a new set of hinges for free with a little paper with directions how to change the hinge. This was not easy but it worked out fine! (I have one suggestion make a little how to video on YouTube) Keep up the good service Dominique !
